The colloquium will provide an update of current status in cardiomyopathy studies. During the colloquium experiences scientists in cardiovascular research will discuss strategies how to form networks and integrate studies in genetics, cardiac imaging and basic cellular physiology.
During the masterclass on 14 March a report on research priorities in cardiomyopathy will be written lead by experienced scientists. Only a limited number of registrants will be able to join the masterclass.
Goal of the colloquium and masterclass is to provide a platform for PhD’s and postdocs to actively join in the discussions on future research strategies in cardiomyopathies.
There is a maximum number of 35 participants for the colloquium and 10 for the masterclass. Therefore, participation will be based on acceptance of an abstract (max. 1 page; Arial 11) which will be judged by the masterclass teachers.
Accepted participants will be notified by the end of January 2014. Registration fee for the colloquium is 100 Euros. There is no registration fee for the masterclass. People are allowed to register solely for the symposium; participation in the masterclass requires attendance to the symposium.
