Work-life balance

Are you constantly busy too? Too little time at work, too little time at home, too little time for yourself? But what is actually urgent and what is important? Do you ever say ‘no’ to things that aren't important? And do you deliberately opt for those activities that make you happy? This training course will help you discover what you truly want and how to free up more time for it.

Target group

All Academy staff who are currently experiencing stress and are looking for a better work-life balance. 


In this training course, you’ll learn how to improve your work-life balance. You will also gain insight into your own qualities, talents and long-term goals. Subjects dealt with will include the following:

  • Time management
  • Priority setting and energy balance
  • Increasing resilience and self-confidence
  • Gaining insight into your own qualities and motives
  • Long-term goals and dreams
  • Saying no while maintaining a good relationship
  • Your own practical situations
  • Personal work-life balance action plan.
