Masterclass devoted to the visual working memory. Various international experts report on recent theoretical developments and explain new advanced measuring methods, such as EEG and fMRI decoding.

In recent years, different techniques have been developed to investigate the functionality of the working memory.

For instance, developments relating to behavioural measures, such as advanced eye movement measures and mathematical models, but also brain measures, such as EEG, MEG and fMRI. At present, these brain measures are causing a revolution, because they make it possible to decode the content of the visual working memory.

During the masterclass, various experts will explain these techniques and provide a theoretical overview of the most recent developments.
