Presentation of the Descartes-Huygens Prize to Harry Heijnen (University Medical Center Utrecht, the Netherlands) and Graça Raposo (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, France). The Descartes-Huygens Prize is awarded annually to an excellent scientist from France as well as one from the Netherlands to stimulate French-Dutch scientific cooperation.
